All payments made to Draynox are considered non-refundable donations. You are supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of our services and receiving in-game benefits as a thank you.

2. No Refund Policy

All donations and purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Account bans, mutes, or other penalties
• Loss of interest in the game
• Technical issues with your device or internet connection

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Draynox services. We investigate all disputes and provide evidence to payment processors to contest fraudulent claims.

4. Donator Rank and Credits

Purchasing Donator Pins or Credits contributes to your account's Donator Rank progression. These benefits are non-transferable and apply to the account that redeemed them.

5. Changes to Benefits

We reserve the right to adjust or change donation benefits, ranks, or perks at any time without prior notice. Donator benefits are a thank-you gift, not a guaranteed service or entitlement.

6. Virtual Item Delivery

All purchases and donations on Draynox are for virtual, non-tangible items or account benefits. These are typically delivered instantly or shortly after redemption in-game through automated systems. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
